Świąteczne ciasteczka /Christmas cookies

Dzisiaj trochę słodkości ,a może nawet dużo xd. Przepis na ciastka właściwie dostałam od mojej kochanej koleżanki i jak na pierwszy raz to udały się ,więc postanowiłam się z wami nim podzielić Today a little sweetness ,and maybe even a lot xd. The recipe for cookies actually given to me by my dear friend and as for the first time it went, so i decided to share it with you:)




Składniki  Ingredients:

-60g mąki    60 g flour
-20g cukru pudru  20g icing sugar
-1 łyżka smalcu       1 tablespoon of lard
-2 łyżki śmietany      2 tablespoons of cream
- 1 kostka margaryny lub masła     1 cube of margarine or butter
-1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia           1 teaspoon of baking powder


Wszystkie składniki siekamy w misce,ugniatamy ,wałkujemy i wycinamy foremki.Pieczemy 15 min w piekarniku na 180st.C     We chop all the ingredients in a bowl  ,kneading, roll out and cut molds. Bake 15 min in the oven at 180 st.C

 Polewa /Icing


Mieszamy jedno białko z dużą ilością cukru pudru do uzyskania gęstej masy./ MIx one protein with a lot of icing sugar to obtain a thick mass.
